Camp notes

PLEASE NOTE:
Children must be 4 years or above to attend the club*, unless you have contacted Sam to discuss on 07746829825.
*Some allowances can be made for younger children. No under 3's allowed.
Children must be toilet trained and able to follow instructions and to communicate their needs.

You are booking your child into an activity club, this is not childcare setting, please ensure you or someone is available to pick up your child at all times while at the activity club.
Childcare vouchers are not accepted as payment.

**EARLY DROP OFF**
Please do not drop your child off earlier than the time you have booked. If you arrive early to the setting you must not leave your child/children until the time stated on your invoice. If you need earlier drop off there is an additional cost for this service. If you leave your child earlier than the agreed time a early drop off charge of £8:50 will be added and invoiced to your account. This invoice will be expected to be paid for within a week of invoice being sent.

**LATE PICKUP POLICY**
Please be on time for your allocated pick up time.
If you are running late for your child/children please inform Sam ASAP, as staff are needed to stay back for safety and child/adult protection reasons. Late fees of £10 for every 10 minutes late will be added and invoiced to your account and should be paid within a week of invoice being sent.


**REFUND POLICY**
No refunds given if cancellation is less than 4 weeks notice from the first day of the club opening.
All refunds will be paid within 4 weeks, minus the booking fee charges.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL NEED:
*2x snacks (am/pm)
*lunch
*refillable water bottle
*appropriate clothing, eg: jackets, wellies, waterproofs, sunhat and sun creams**.
**Please apply sun creams in the morning before dropping off your child to the club. (when relevant)
